Two Bay Area heavyweights and natives Daniel Wu and Dan The Automator stopped by the showroom for a visit today. You may recognize Daniel Wu from the AMC TV series “Into the Badlands” and you may also remember we made a custom tuxedo for Music Producer Dan The Automator last year for the premier of “Always be my maybe” . Marcus “Buchecha” Almeida. Jiu Jitsu Black Belt

We had the pleasure of meeting and fitting Marcus “Buchecha” Almeida this weekend at our Pop Up / Trunk Show event at The Social Trust in Downtown Los Angeles’ Art District. Marcus Almeida, also known as “Buchecha” (or Bochecha), is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt under Rodrigo Cavaca and a member of the Checkmat academy, being widely regarded as the greatest grappler of his generation and arguably of all time in the sport of BJJ. His reputation is backed by his 5 IBJJF World Championship open weight titles, being the record holder of absolute gold medals at the ‘Mundial’ after breaking Roger Gracie‘s previous record (3) back in 2016. We are vey excited to make Marcus a custom suit, so stay tuned for the finished product. Photo Credits: Paul Sun

Harris Tweed

George and his best friend Diesel shot at his wedding at The Ranch at Rock Creek in Montana. We outfitted George in a classic three piece suit in a green Harris Tweed Herringbone with a Burgundy and burnt orange windowpane fabric by Holland & Sherry. Could’t have chosen a more appropriate cloth and look for a country ranch wedding. The jacket has a lightly padded shoulder and we cut the trouser with a more traditional medium break with 2″ cuffs.
George not only is an amazing human being but he is also owner of San Francisco’s premier fly fishing shop Lost Coast Outfitters. Visit their awesome brick and mortar shop in Jackson Square.
